We’re not completely done with the rain, but the flooding is over. A few showers and thunderstorms will develop in Palm Beach County late this afternoon, then move south in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. They will be moving through quickly so if you get a shower, don’t expect it to last long. High temperatures will be near 90°.

The bigger story for South Florida is a weak front moving through Friday. Fronts this time of the year don’t usually bring us a major cooldown, but they can drop our humidity to more comfortable levels. Even a slight drop will go a really long way. You will first notice it on Saturday, but more on Sunday and Monday. This will especially be the case in the evenings and mornings as temperatures drop to the low 70s.
