Henry runs wild, Titans hand Jags 12th straight loss, 31-10

Enjoying a big performance about 25 miles from his hometown of Yulee was something new for Henry. He managed just 13 yards as a rookie in 2016, followed by outings of 92, 57 and 44 yards in front of friends and family. Henry had 170 yards on 17 carries in the first 30 minutes, including a 36-yard touchdown run. He added a 47-yard scamper early in the third as the Titans (9-4) started to pull away. AFC South-leading Tennessee clinched its fifth consecutive winning season and moved a step closer to securing a playoff berth.

That means that going into tonight’s Saints-Buccaneers showdown, home teams are 65-65-1 so far this season. That homefield advantage has largely been erased with sparse crowds or no fans at games because of the coronavirus pandemic. Las Vegas though has taken control on its first two drives of the second half. Neither had started an NFL game, but both have been in the league much longer than DiNucci. The Tennessee Titans already lost left tackle Taylor Lewan for the season, and now they are without left guard Rodger Saffold.

Herbert leads Chargers to 39-29 victory over Jaguars

More importantly for Herbert, was that first win as an NFL starting quarterback despite Los Angeles blowing another large lead. The Chargers jumped to a 16-0 second-quarter lead but squandered a double-digit advantage for the fourth time in five games. James Robinson led Jacksonville with 119 rushing yards on 22 carries and a touchdown. It was the Chargers' first rushing touchdown since Herbert in Week 2 against Kansas City.

Pepsi to Release Ryan Fitzpatrick "Beard Cans" After Dolphins Beat Jags

Like the gentlemen they are, the Miami Heat took a night off from delivering nail-biting playoff victories to allow the Miami Dolphins a moment in the nationally televised spotlight. And because the Dolphins won, Pepsi cans with quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's signature beard will soon be popping up around South Florida. If replaced, it's not out of the question that Fitzpatrick would never start another game in the NFL ever again. An 0-3 start would have meant the season was in jeopardy of being another irredeemable, complete mess, otherwise known as a normal Miami Dolphins season. To recap: Dolphins > Jaguars.

Fitzpatrick handles Jaguars again as Dolphins get first win

(AP Photo/Phelan M. Ebenhack)JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Ryan Fitzpatrick handles the Jacksonville Jaguars as well as anyone in the NFL. Fitzpatrick completed his first 12 passes — a career high — as Miami scored touchdowns on its first three drives for the first time since 2011. Fitzpatrick also ran for 39 yards and a score, his 37-year-old legs looking as fresh as any in Miami’s backfield. “As a group we just didn't get it done,” said Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew, who completed 30 of 42 passes for 275 yards and two turnovers. The Jaguars have won two in a row against the Bengals, notching victories in 2017 and 2019.

Gostkowski kicks 49-yarder as Titans beat Jaguars 33-30

(AP Photo/Wade Payne)NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee Titans know good teams win ugly games, and being 2-0 for the first time in 12 years has a way of making any victory look much prettier. Stephen Gostkowski kicked a 49-yard field goal with 1:36 left, and the Tennessee Titans remain undefeated after holding off the Jacksonville Jaguars 33-30 Sunday. It’s exciting to get the win and get the Titans to 2-0.”Quarterback Ryan Tannehill said Gostkowski came up huge for the Titans on something that wasn't a chip shot. “Excited to be 2-0 for the first time here in Tennessee," third-year Titans coach Mike Vrabel said. So the Titans turned to Tannehill, the quarterback who led the NFL in 2019 with a 117.5 passer rating.

MONDAY HUDDLE: Is Georgia last big hurdle to Atlanta for Florida Gators?

Jake Fromm #11 of the Georgia Bulldogs passes during a game against the Florida Gators in 2018. Opportunity knocking for Florida as Georgia showdown arrivesGet ready for "cocktail" week in Jacksonville, but Saturdays annual battle between Georgia and Florida will once again mean more than just an excuse for fans to have a good time. Florida enters 4-1 in league play, while Georgia is 3-1, but the schedule really lightens up for the Gators beyond Saturday. In other words, if Florida wins, Gator fans will likely be drinking cocktails all the way to Atlanta for the SEC championship game. Gierke, who has been the head coach at Orangewood Christian since 2011, is 300-112-1 in his 37-year coaching career.

MONDAY HUDDLE: Is it too early for 0-16 talk with Dolphins?

Head coach Brian Flores of the Miami Dolphins celebrates with Daniel Kilgore #67 during the game against the Washington Redskins. The 0-16 watchThere still are 11 games left, but it might be time to start fully gauging if the Dolphins could really go winless this season. After all, if the Dolphins couldnt beat the previously winless Redskins at home, who can they beat? Down the road, a game at the Giants and a home contest against the Bengals, the leagues other winless team, might offer the best chances to avoid an 0-16 season. Win those two games, and the Gators will be favored in their last three regular-season games against Vanderbilt, Missouri and Florida State.

Undefeated Patriots, Bills to face off this NFL Sunday

OliverCardall/Pixabay(CNN) - When games finish on Monday night, we'll already be a quarter of the way through the NFL season. With eight teams still undefeated, week four will be instrumental in determining the favorites to play in Super Bowl LIV in Miami Gardens, Florida in February. Undefeated Patriots take on Undefeated BillsThe New England Patriots 2007 run during the regular season is only second to the gold standard set by the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins. That's not saying much, as those 3-0 Bills ended last season with a mediocre record of 6-10. Watch: New England Patriots vs Buffalo Bills: 1:00 pm ET on CBS2.

MONDAY HUDDLE: Are Jaguars now 'America's Team?'

Jaguars a hot team to follow nationallyForgot the New England Patriots or Dallas Cowboys. The NFLs most interesting team to follow at the moment from a national perspective just might be the Jacksonville Jaguars. 15 is already the best-selling Jaguars jersey since the season began across the Fanatics network, which includes NFLShop.com and the Jaguars' online store, according to ESPN. With winnable games coming up against Denver and Carolina, the Jaguars also could be a team on the rise in the standings. For the first time since November 2016, the Central Florida Knights will take the practice field this week following a regular-season loss.

3 things to watch for this NFL Sunday

OliverCardall/Pixabay(CNN) - For many NFL teams, their hopes of making the playoffs have already been dashed. Going into the third NFL Sunday of the season, teams will look to capitalize on early momentum, correct miscues that have exposed weaknesses or start planning for the 2020 Draft. Relatively unknown backups are taking the fieldThe season started with a bombshell when Andrew Luck, the top pick from the 2012 NFL Draft, unexpectedly retired from football. The 1972 Miami Dolphins are the only team in NFL history to finish a season undefeated.
