(AP Photo/Julio Cortez)NEW YORK Major League Baseball and the players' union plan to maintain 28-man rosters through the end of the postseason amid continued challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, two people familiar with the matter said. The people spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Tuesday night because the agreement had not been announced. The sides had originally agreed to cut rosters to 26 players on Aug. 20. After the final out, the Marlins lined up and did air high-fives in which they didnt make contact with their hands. In this anything goes, wacky baseball season, Miami will be the home team for the final two games of this four-game series. Orioles: Alex Cobb (1-0, 2.89 ERA) gets his third start of the season, followed by Asher Wojciechowski (0-1, 7.20).
