Several cars were broken into in the parking lot of a Lauderdale Lakes apartment complex. LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – Deputies in Broward County are investigating several car break-ins that took place inside an apartment complex. According to authorities, several vehicles were broken into in the parking lot of the Woodsdale Oaks Apartments in Lauderdale Lakes. Mother located after a missing girl was found alone in Lauderdale Lakes
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A little girl in Lauderdale Lakes has been reunited with her grandmother and mother, Friday evening, after being discovered wandering an apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes earlier in the day. The Broward Sheriff’s Office had been searching for the parents or guardian of the little girl after she had been spotted in the Somerset apartments just before 10 a.m. in Lauderdale Lakes. At around 6 p.m., the Broward Sheriff’s Office came in contact with the girl’s mother. Fortunately, Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) deputies had found her in good spirits this morning and in good health. She was soon brought over to the BSO headquarters as they spent the afternoon searching for her parents’ or guardian’s whereabouts.

LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – One person has been hospitalized following a shooting Friday near a Shell gas station in Lauderdale Lakes. Sky 10 was above the scene in the 3100 block of North State Road 7 shortly before noon as a white Mercedes-Benz with blood on it was blocked off with police tape. Broward Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Gerdy St. Louis confirmed that deputies responded to a report of a shooting in the area shortly before 11 a.m.She said one person was transported to a hospital. No other details were immediately released.

Police: Man stabbed inside Lauderdale Lakes bakery
LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – A woman is in custody after a Thursday morning stabbing at a bakery in Lauderdale Lakes. According to Broward Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call at 8:13 a.m. to the Five Star Bakery, 4272 North State Road 7, after reports of man being stabbed. At the scene, the owner told Local 10 News that a woman came in to the bakery and stabbed a worker, both of whom knew each other, but that information has not been confirmed by investigators. Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded and transported the victim to a nearby hospital. His condition is not known.

In a $1 billion contract signed last year, Johnson & Johnson pledged to deliver 100 million doses across the U.S. by the end of June.

According to police, 23-year-old Rashad Stevenson was wanted in connection to a deadly shooting that took place Thursday night in Lauderdale Lakes. Stevenson was found Sunday morning in a Lauderdale Lakes canal. A resident in the 3700 block of Northwest 41st Street called authorities after discovering a body floating in the nearby canal. Stevenson was wanted for a shooting that took place shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 on the 4200 block of Northwest 38th Terrace.

One man told Local 10 News’ Saira Anwer he’s lived there for a year and a half and has now seen mass car vandalism like this happen four times. “This place, I don’t know what we can do with this place,” said the man, who did not want to reveal his identity. The criminals have stolen credit cards and cash from glove compartments, leaving hefty bills for frustrated owners to get their cars. Another resident told Local 10 a woman had $500 worth of damage done to the interior of her car.
