Trump emerged this week for interviews with Fox News Channel, Newsmax and One America News Network tied to the death of Rush Limbaugh. Nearly a month after he left office, Trump drove his point home on each network:— "The election was stolen," he told OANN's White House correspondent Jenn Pellegrino. Kelly referred to ā€œPresident Trumpā€ and ā€œJoe Biden.ā€Adā€œA lot of people are in awe of you, and I am one of those people,ā€ Kelly told Trump. PALM BEACH, Fla. – Rush Limbaugh, the talk radio host who ripped into liberals and laid waste to political correctness with a gleeful malice that made him one of the most powerful voices in politics, influencing the rightward push of American conservatism and the rise of Donald Trump, died Wednesday. Boys State may sound like a mere mock government exercise, but the film finds in Boys State a microcosm of American politics, one that frighteningly reflects much of the tenor of todays Washington and, in other ways, counters our more cynical grown-up government with stirring idealism. Boys State will give you both hope and fear for Americas future. Moss and McBaine were unaware of Boys State before reading a 2017 Washington Post article about a first in the programs history: Texas voted to succeed. Paul Barker, then Chairman of the American Legion Texas Boys State, was impressed by McBaine and Moss previous film ( "The Overnighters ) and figured a documentary could expand the program. The Texas Boys State, like the national political system, is a skewed representation.
