Miami-Dade Animal Services seize 93 cats at Cutler Bay home

Miami-Dade Animal Services and Miami-Dade police seized a total of 93 cats at a home in Cutler Bay Thursday morning after the cats were found living in “deplorable” conditions, authorities said.
