Four Miami Hurricanes earn weekly honors from ACC for win over Aggies

CORAL GABLES, Fla. – The Miami Hurricanes made a big impression during their win on Saturday.

Four Canes were honored for their outstanding performances.

Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke was named ACC Quarterback of the week.

Also honored were Jaden Davis (ACC Defensive Back of the Week), Anez Cooper )ACC Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week) and Jacolby George (ACC Receiver of the Week).

Van Dyke threw for 374 yards and 5 touchdowns as the Canes knocked off Texas A&M.

Miami not only improved to 2-0 on the season, they also moved into the top 25.

The Canes are now ranked No. 22 in the latest AP Poll.

Next up, Miami hosts Bethune-Cookman on Thursday night at Hard Rock Stadium.
