PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – The American Rescue Plan was supposed to be a bipartisan solution to the many problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
Every Republican in Congress voted against it, though.
That includes Miami-Dade Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart.
