Washington National Cathedral says an artist renowned for his works depicting African American life will design new stained-glass windows with racial justice themes to replace ones with Confederate imagery.

FBI spokesman James Marshall confirmed the canvassing is part of the investigation into missing mother Leila Cavett. Cavett, 21, was last seen July 25 in surveillance images from a RaceTrac gas station on Hollywood Boulevard near State Road 7. According to authorities, an employee at the gas station said they saw Ryan using the dumpster but that was nearly a month after Cavett’s disappearance. According to the court documents, surveillance video did not show Cavett leaving in a dark sedan. The FBI still considers Cavett as a missing person at this time.

MIAMI – The FBI is searching for a man who was captured on surveillance video robbing a BB&T Bank branch last week in Miami. The robbery was reported shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday at the BB&T Bank at 13001 S. Dixie Highway. According to FBI spokesman James Marshall, the robber, who didn’t appear to make any attempt to hide his identity, entered the bank and demanded cash from an employee. Marshall would not disclose whether any money was taken. Anyone with information about the robber’s identity is asked to call the FBI at 754-703-2000 or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A 29-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the robbery of a bank in North Miami Beach last month. Tyler Currie, who lives in North Miami Beach, was taken into custody by Miami-Dade police and is now in federal custody. According to FBI spokesman James Marshall, Currie was the man captured on surveillance cameras robbing a Regions Bank branch at 16051 W. Dixie Highway in North Miami Beach on Dec. 31.
