Trump, Biden make final push for votes in Florida
DORAL, Fla. – With just five days until Election Day, the presidential candidates are making a final push for votes in the Sunshine State. Former Vice President Joe Biden made a stop at Broward College’s north campus in Coconut Creek Thursday afternoon. “Over these past few months, there has been so much pain, so much suffering, so much loss in America,” Biden said. Florida already has more votes in than the president received in 2016. While Biden is making a stop in Broward Thursday, his campaign is also focusing on Iowa.
Trump rallies Latino supporters in South Florida as he campaigns in key swing state
DORAL, Fla. – A day before announcing his Supreme Court nominee, President Donald Trump was in South Florida, holding a roundtable Friday with Latinos for Trump as he campaigns in the critical swing state. Outside, groups of Trump supporters and Biden supporters were gathered, with police working to keep them apart. The latest polling from Bendixen & Amandi has Trump favored slightly over Biden — 47% to 46% — among Hispanic voters in Miami-Dade County. “I’m a Cuban-American, and I’m proud of him.”“I guarantee you that Trump will win Florida in a landslide,” added fellow Trump supporter Willie Guardiola. After the Latinos for Trump roundtable in Doral, the president was bound for events in Atlanta and Virginia later Friday.
